I’ve decided to show off my Flemish giant rabbit, as well as my new hummingbird feeder and squirrel feeders. There’s also a cardinal.

Caught a glimpse of nature today right outside the office window…bird on left acts all tough for the first min and a half not sure what is wrong with his beak(freak beak) – at 1:33, the cardinal enters the scene(musial) – a bit later the musial tries to feed freak beak…weird scene!

The first bird eating the suet close up is a downy woodpecker, I believe. A male cardinal ( red colors) shows up, some brown & white sparrows, and the smallest black & white birds are chickadees. The last bird was a young chickadee who allowed me to stand right underneath it to film. These birds are used to close human contact. You can be really close while they chow down without them really caring. You can hear their wings beating as they’re flying around you. Thanksgiving holiday- 11-25-2010 At my sister’s house. A bird out on my door step is raising some babies. So I set up a camera. I edited out all the parts where nothing interesting happened.

I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. This male cardinal was feeding a different bird. It might be a juvenile Cowbird but I’m not sure yet. Amazing.
